1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and tr88 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tr88 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby express your full acceptance of these Terms.

2User Eligibility

The TR88 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Register under your own name and not on behalf of another person;

3Account Registration

4Deposit & Payment

Tr88 accepts deposits via a variety of approved payment methods, including local bank transfers (FPX), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your tr88 account within minutes of confirmation.

Deposit terms and conditions to be observed:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction;
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet in your own name;
• Tr88 does not accept deposits from third parties;
• All accepted currencies are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR);
• Tr88 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own charges.

5Fund Withdrawal

Tr88 processes withdrawal requests quickly and efficiently. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the selected payment method and the time the request is submitted.

Requirements to be met before a withdrawal is processed:

• Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed;
• Minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet under the same name as the TR88 account;
• Any active bonus that has not met the rollover requirements must be completed first before a withdrawal can be processed;
• TR88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits as an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance measure.

Tr88 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as banking system disruptions, public holidays, or additional verification requirements from payment service providers.

6Promotions & Bonuses

• Each promotion may only be claimed one time only per user, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed by new members who have never previously registered with TR88;

9Account Security

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public devices;

Tr88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by user: You may close your TR88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible fund balances will be returned to your bank account once all conditions have been met.

Suspension by TR88: TR88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account immediately without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmation that the account was registered by an individual under 18 years of age;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual;
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.

11Limitation of Liability

12Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute regarding the TR88 platform, we encourage you to follow the resolution process below:

• Step 1: Contact TR88's customer support team through official support channels and describe your issue in detail along with relevant supporting evidence;
• Step 2: The TR88 support team will investigate your complaint and provide feedback within 3 working days;
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the support decision, you may request a review by TR88 management, who will provide a final decision within 7 working days.

Technical decisions relating to game mechanics, sports match outcomes, or system functions will be evaluated based on server logs and technical data recorded by the TR88 system, which shall be considered conclusive evidence in any dispute.

13Terms Amendment

TR88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be notified to users via in-platform notifications or registered email.

The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the tr88 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
